Hotel Napoleon Paris

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a top-floor suite with fine views of the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe from the terrace. The service provided by the concierge, room service, housekeeping, and bar staff was perfect. The decor of the hotel was of a high standard, and we hope to return for another special weekend. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location, with everything just a short taxi ride away. The room with the main Avenue Friedland view on the 1st floor was amazing, and the balcony had a superb view. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, who provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. we had a great weekend celebrating our mom's birthday in Paris, and the hotel choice played a big part in making it special.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular tourist sites. It is just a short distance from attractions such as the Champs Elyssee and close to the Metro, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with French doors that offer a lovely view of the interior courtyard. The breakfast is exceptional, and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options. a wonderful experience.

We didn't have any negative experiences. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a little slow at times.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious! the high-end amenities provided in this exclusive venue were beyond my expectations. the Spa & wellness center was a true escape from the city's chaos. the massage services were personalized to my needs and highly rejuvenating.

There was a minor issue with the room service that was not quick enough to remove the in-room breakfast tray the next morning. Nevertheless, the garden area made up for it by providing an immersive experience that heightened my senses.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The room was super clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in town. I could walk to the famous sights of this city, and there were also transportation options available nearby, such as taxis and Uber. The cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast they offered were also standout features.

Amazing anniversary package with a beautiful suite and romantic touches like a heart-shaped balloon on the bed. The hotel's central location made it the perfect base for exploring Paris. The staff was friendly and well-trained, providing perfect service. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to walk to many places or easily catch a cab to key attractions in town. It was also conveniently located near the metro station, making it a breeze to explore the city. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of choices to start the day off right. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, such as a lovely balcony with a stunning view of the city.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was a bit spotty at times.

I will say that the location of the hotel was quite convenient. It was within walking distance to many of the main attractions in the city, a plus. the rooms themselves were fairly comfortable. The bed was cozy and the amenities provided were adequate. these few positives were not enough to make up for the overall disappointing experience we had during our weekend stay.

Oh boy, where do I start? First off, the room service was terrible.

the exclusive amenities of the room fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre offered a wonderful massage, leaving me completely relaxed. the Sun terrace was the perfect place to soak up some sun and read a book.

The service was not up to par. Although the staff was friendly and welcoming, the In-room breakfast was poorly executed.
